For preorders, do I have to pay first before ordering?
Yes, you have to! After payment, fill in the order form (or email us with the details) with your reference number and all the payment details so that we can verify and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

When will the items I ordered from the preorder arrive?
They would probably arrive within 3 weeks (it depends on my supplier or public holidays which would affect the delivery). We would email you time after time for updates or you can check this site for updates!

Why do I have to give my account type and number?
This is so that if any of the items you've ordered are OOS, we can easily refund you!

Can I make a one-time full payment?
Yes you may! Email us with the items you're confirmed in getting and let us know which mode of distribution you would want your items to be delivered (Normal/Registered postage) and we would let you know the amount for 2nd payment so that you can transfer the full payment!
